About Adam
I've always been drawn to what's possible.
I've always loved creating things. There's something incredibly rewarding about taking an idea, figuring out how to bring it to life, and eventually seeing it out in the world. Even better is watching people experience and use something you've created.
Build things. Build people.

That curiosity has followed me throughout my life. I've always been someone who wants to figure things out for myself, learn new techniques, experiment, and see what I can accomplish.
I'm not particularly comfortable with complacency. There's always something new to learn, something to improve, or another possibility worth exploring.
Over time, though, I discovered that some of the most meaningful things I could build weren't things at all. They were people.

How I lead
Creativity is in everyone.
I believe creativity exists in everyone. It doesn't belong exclusively to designers, artists, or people with naturally creative titles.
Sometimes people just need someone to help them recognize their potential. Other times, they need the trust, freedom, and space to experiment, make mistakes, and discover what they're capable of.
That belief has shaped the way I approach leadership.
Earlier in my career, I was more focused on my own accomplishments, awards, and recognition. As I've grown, I've found much greater satisfaction in watching others achieve those things.
I love mentoring people, helping them develop their skills, and watching them gain confidence in themselves. There's something special about seeing someone accomplish something they might not have believed they were capable of.
I don't believe leadership is about having all the answers or being the most talented person in the room. It's about helping others recognize and develop the talents they already have.
What I do
Building more than things.
My professional journey has taken me through graphic design, marketing, creative operations, business strategy, and education.
- Graphic design
- Marketing
- Creative operations
- Business strategy
- Education
Today, I lead marketing and creative initiatives across multiple locations, build systems and processes that help teams work better, and teach graphic design to students working toward their own creative careers.
I've learned that good ideas alone aren't enough. They need structure, strategy, people, and the right environment to succeed.
I enjoy identifying opportunities, figuring out what's missing, and building the systems, processes, products, and teams that turn possibilities into something tangible.
But the people are always the most important part.
- SystemsThe best systems give people the ability to do better work.
- ProcessesThe best processes create room for growth.
- TeamsAnd the best teams bring together individuals who are encouraged to contribute their ideas and talents.
My goal isn't simply to build something that works. It's to build something that helps the people behind it succeed.
Beyond the job title
Still learning. Still building.
I don't think curiosity has an expiration date.
Whether I'm exploring new technology, experimenting with 3D printing, building a product, working through a business challenge, or learning a new skill, I enjoy the process of figuring things out.
Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my wife and three boys, exploring Idaho's outdoors, hiking, kayaking, or finding another project to work on.
I'm still figuring things out, still challenging myself, and still discovering what's possible.
And I hope I never lose that.
Build things. Build people.
Because the most meaningful measure of what we build isn't always what we accomplish ourselves. It's what becomes possible for others because we helped them get there.
